Davy’s journey into self-development began around 20 years ago, and since then, he has invested thousands & thousands of dollars on various programs & completed numerous courses in conscious leadership and coaching.

Davy’s journey into self-development began around 20 years ago, and since then, he has invested thousands & thousands of dollars on various programs & completed numerous courses in conscious leadership and coaching.
His fascination in ancient plant medicines led him to Rythmia in Costa Rica, as well Etnikas in Peru as he participated in several Ayahuasca ceremonies, which allowed him to explore his curiosity about spirituality and answer a significant question in his mind about life:
"Is this all there is?"
Born in Newcastle, Northeast England, Davy was one of five children. His family were on the poverty line & experienced financial struggles. Despite this, the children in the family were loved and made the most of their lives.
Tragically, Davy’s father passed away at the young age of 35, when Dave was only eight years old. This loss and his first major test of his life, had a profound impact on him, leading him to create a core limiting belief that, he had to provide for his family, which was a massive burden to carry through life.
As Davy grew up, he became a perfectionist and a huge people-pleaser, craving validation for doing the right thing. This need to please and the belief that he had to provide for his family put a tremendous amount of pressure on him. Throughout his school years, his apprenticeship as a Sheet Metal Worker, working offshore on the rigs, and eventually running his own business in Perth, satisfaction and a sense of achievement were always elusive. No matter what he did, it never felt like enough & there was always more to do.
In 1990, Davy arrived in Perth with his wife and two small children, and as a qualified Sheet Metal Worker, he focused on finding work to provide for his family. Unfortunately, Perth was going through one of its greatest recessions & he was soon out of work.
David and his wife established an air conditioning installation company called Vortech in 1993. Over the next 24 years, they built Vortech into a multi-million-dollar business, and by 2014, it was the largest air conditioning installation company in Perth.
Despite his success, Dave continued to be haunted by a feeling of never being satisfied or doing enough. He was a workaholic, and by early 2000’s, he experienced the second major test in his life. Exhausted and burnt out, emotionally, mentally, and physically, he briefly contemplated running his van off the freeway.
This was the first time the thought of taking his own life came into his consciousness, he knew deep down he didn't want to. He then considered if he could just break his legs, he would have a valid reason to rest and stop working for a while. Shocked by this, Davy realised he needed help and eventually took advice and decided to attend a course in Perth called the "Landmark Forum."
The experience was so transformative, where Davy found clarity and realized two crucial things in his life. The first was that he had free will & the power of choice, and even though this is so obvious & every one of us have the same ability to choose, it was a huge revelation to Davy at this time.
The second thing was that the reason he was never satisfied with his success & achievements was because all he ever wanted was his father to hug him and tell him he was proud of him. Armed with this newfound understanding, Davy began making different choices and changing the way he thought. He became so much more self-aware and felt a huge sense of purpose in his life as Vortech went on to become the largest air conditioning installation company in Perth.
Unfortunately, in late 2016, Davy experienced his third major test as Vortech suffered a massive financial loss on the Perth Stadium Project and had to cease trading by early 2017.
Devastated and feeling betrayed, David lost his identity, purpose, and direction in life. With support from others, he found the courage and strength to move forward and continue his personal growth journey.
In 2018, Davy began his journey away from Vortech, starting with a trip to America to attend a men's well-being course called "Tribute" with his brother Tony. As a member of Tribute for many years, Tony supported Davy through a powerful and life-changing journey that had a profound impact on his life. Over two and a half days, Davy witnessed men dealing with and releasing a lifetime's worth of pain and hurt. By the end of the weekend, he had let go of his feelings of anger and injustice and was looking forward to what the future held. This experience marked the beginning of Davy's journey into coaching and supporting others through their life journeys.
Returning to Perth, Davy started researching life coaching programs, and over the next two years, he became an accredited certified Life Coach and received a diploma through The Life Coaching College.
Davy coaches both men and women, helping them to clarify exactly what is holding them back in life. This allows them to clear negative energy and limiting beliefs. He is also a qualified Breathwork facilitator which is a core element in his coaching practice, enabling them to calm their minds and relax in a safe space. Davy knows that he has found his true higher purpose in life, which is to guide and serve others.
When reflecting on his life and the challenges he has faced, as well as the struggles of others, Davy holds a deep belief that some of the most difficult tests in life can lead to the best possible outcomes and offer significant opportunities for self-growth.
Embracing this philosophy, Davy then found the strength and compassion in his heart to forgive those that had cheated & betrayed him.
He also stripped out the old Vortech factory unit and created the EQ Wellness Centre. He offers a range of coaching services and self-development programs, using a wide variety of different modalities. His mission is to connect with others and guide them to experience profound personal growth.
Davy's dedication to helping others has not only transformed his own life but has also positively impacted the lives of countless individuals who have sought his guidance. Through his coaching practice, Davy shares the lessons he has learned from his own journey, inspiring others to overcome their struggles and find their purpose in life.
Today, Davy Rowe stands as a testament to the power of personal transformation and the incredible potential within each person to change their lives for the better. His journey has taken him from the hardships of his childhood to the heights of success and through the depths of despair. Through it all, he has emerged stronger, wiser, and more committed to helping others find their way.
