• The “Coach” is not a doctor, counsellor, psychiatrist, psychologist and that any experience or information throughout the course is not a substitute for counselling, psychotherapy, psychoanalysis, mental health care or substance abuse treatment.
• “Coach” and the associated team agrees they shall not be obligated to, and will not provide clinical psychoanalysis, prescribe or alter medical or medication practices.
• Throughout the course I will choose to take part in the group processes at my own risk which may on occasion require emotional, physical & mental effort, which may cause emotional, physical & mental stress.
• Certain aspects of the journey may be filmed or videotaped for educational & promotional purposes. I will be given prior notice of the times & hereby give my consent. I will notify Davy Rowe’s team if I do not agree to be captured on film at the time of the event.
• Attending the Infinite Man Program & other Davy Rowe events is entirely at my own risk. Any experience, information or services provided are without warranty of any kind, either expressed or implied. Any actions or lack of actions I choose to take before, during or after the course, as a result of advice or coaching received is neither the responsibility nor liability of event organizer, facilitators, their agents, employees, volunteers, crew members, associated with them or their activities under David Rowe.

• I accept full responsibility waiving all rights to liability or any other claims against event organizer, facilitators, their agents, employees, volunteers, crew members, associated with them or their activities under David Rowe.

Conscious Connected & Somatic Healing Breathwork, as well as Cold Emersion, is intended as a personal growth experience and should not be looked upon as a substitute for traditional medicine or psychotherapy. Davy Rowe makes every effort to ensure that environment at all workshops are safe for all and will not accept any responsibility for any injuries to the participant resulting from the activities during the event or session.

Activated Breathing can on occasion involve strong emotional release therefore this work is not appropriate/if you have a history of; Cardiovascular problems, Glaucoma, Severe uncontrolled hypertension, Diagnosis of bipolar, Schizophrenia, Severe psychosis, recent surgery or fractures, acute infectious illness, Acute Asthma, Stroke, Epilepsy.

Always practice breath work in the way it is explained, in a safe environment sitting or lying on the floor. Never do Breathwork while driving, swimming, taking a bath, or any environment that you may put yourself at risk.

As Breathwork can cause light headedness and even loss of consciousness if not done correctly or unsupervised it is also not suitable for children under the age of 16. I understand that I am responsible for my own physical wellbeing and I will not hold any other party accountable.

I hereby confirm that I have read and understood the above information and have not withheld any information that would compromise my safety, or any other person involved in this session. My general health, as far as I am aware, is good.
